- I have sailed in the ARC 2004(Atlantic Rally for Cruisers) as a watch leader on the Swan 51 NorthernChild.
- Sailed RORC Cowes-Alderney race 2004.
- I sailed transatlantic on her again from St Marin to Southampton(The Hamble) via the Azores 2006 as a watch leader and sailed on here in the regatta Les Voiles de St Tropez 2006.
- 2007 I sailed Gottland runt.
- I have sailed on her again from St Tropes via Gibraltar to Las Palmas sailing her down to the ARC start 2008 as a watch leader.
- During the summer 2008 I sailed as skipper during cooperate charters on a Salona 45.
- Sailed RORC Cowes-Dinard race 2008.
- Sailed RORC Cowes-Dinard race 2009 as a qualifier for the Fastnet race 2009.
- Sailed RORC Morgan Cup (Cowes-Cherbourg) race 2009 as a qualifier for the Fastnet race 2009.
- Sailed RORC Fastnet Race 2009
- Sailed Antigua sailing week 2010
- Sailed as First mate during a transport from the BVIs (British Virgin Islands) to Southampton via the Azores on a Hallberg Rassy 49 2010.
- I have sailed all my life in the Swedish archipelago mainly in a 30ft sailing boat which I sold 3 years ago.

- Basic Safety training (certificate) according to STCW'95,
- VHF & Radar Certificate.
